Building the future, not just the features.
With 18 years of engineering experience and a Master’s degree, I have come to believe that the most critical challenge is not technical execution, but strategic direction. The difference between a market-winning product and a costly mistake often lies in the early decisions made, which is why my work is grounded in a simple philosophy: solve the right problem.
This philosophy is best seen in action. My process starts with diligent listening to understand the core purpose behind a client’s request and what user experience is needed, that is what they are truly trying to accomplish. This allows me to envision a product’s full potential, evangelize its path to reality, and secure crucial alignment between business and technical stakeholders. Recognized by executive leadership, clients, and teams as a critical thinker, I ensure our collective efforts are aimed at the right target from the very beginning.
To bring this vision to life, I am a seasoned practitioner of intent-based leadership. I foster the values and cohesion that build resilient, multi-discipline teams, empowering them to operate as dedicated partners in the product’s success. As a lifelong tinkerer with an insatiable curiosity, I am uniquely positioned at the intersection of technology and business, connecting what is technically possible with what is strategically essential.
Ultimately, I am passionate about paying it forward by mentoring the next generation of engineers. I coach and guide them in developing the business, communication, and leadership skills required to evolve from technical experts into true architects of product success.
Every great solution begins as an experiment. I document my process of turning ambitious ideas into reality in The Lab. Checkout my business transformation methodology called Aperture. If you’d like to connect, please send me a message on LinkedIn.
